ప్రేమలో పడకుండా మునిగి తప్పు చేశాను,

లేక ఆ నీటిలో పగలు రాత్రి తడిసావా, లేదే!

నీటి మనుషులతో పరిచయం పెంచుకున్నావా, లేదే!

ఆల్చిప్పలో నివాసమున్నావా, లేదే!

నా సందేహము అదే,

ఏదీ జరగకుండా ఎలా ముత్యమయ్యావు ఎలా మెరుస్తున్నావు...

You didn't immerse yourself at least once in the ocean and let the waves touch your head,

or you didn't get wet day and night in that water,

or you haven't made friendships with water people,

or you have never resided in an oyster.

My doubt is,

how did you become a beautiful pearl without anything happening...
